Strath Cottage - Terms
Our terms are set out so as to avoid confusion
for both us and yourselves.
Deposit and Payment
We require a deposit of £100 on booking.
The balance is to be paid in full, 6 weeks
before your date of arrival.
Arrival and Departure
We ask that you do not arrive before 4.00 pm on
the day of arrival and that the cottage is
vacated by 10.00 am on the date of leaving.
Letting periods are Saturday to Saturday.
Breakages
In the event of any breakages, please report
them to us at once. We ask that all damages are
paid for.
Smoking
Strath Cottage is a no-smoking premises and we
respectfully ask that this is adhered to by all
guests.
Pets
We are sorry but we cannot allow pets at Strath
Cottage.
Rights of Admission
We reserve the right to refuse admission to
their property and to require persons to leave
if there is a breach of contract or deem
that there is damage to the property, cause of
nuisance, or conduct of an offensive manner.
Strath Cottage is in a tranquil residential
street and we would hope that this is respected
by our guests.
Beyond this, we wish to welcome you to our
cottage and beautiful village and will try to
assist where possible to ensure you have an
enjoyable and memorable stay.
